The Mage
Funnily enough, this is still the working title for this book. She's already a thick lil' lady and I love her, but that means you won't be seeing this book for a while yet. This book has magic, a rescue mission, found family, and a should-be-enemies to lovers treat.
My Story
Now, this is a fun one because she's not even done. She wants to pour out of me and I have so many plans that I can't wait to execute! Alas, this is the work that I've continuously had to put on the back burner so that I could get other things done. Breaks my heart everytime because I'm so excited about the direction I'm headed with it, but I'm also well aware how long she's going to be. The day I can put everything else aside and truly focus on her and her alone--I know she'll surprise and wow me.

This book was also inspired by Dragon Age (long-time fan of all the games) and that's why I choose to use the word mage rather then witch/wizard. It's one of the rare works where I've known most, if not all, the characters from the very beginning. Makes it fun and frustrating to write. On one hand, I know where the story is going. On the other hand, I'm impatient and it takes time to get to know the full cast. I can't wait to share this one with you all some day!
